Richard Dawson dies.......finally
« on: June 04, 2012, 12:53:10 PM »

Well the sad thing is I thought he was already dead. It seems he died of cancer at 79. He was on Hogans Hero's and was the 1st host of Family Feud.
Steve Harvey doing Feud now and is pretty good at it.

I have not read everything they said (are saying) about him, but I was very surprised that the headline did not even hint at his greatest role... on Hogan's Heros.

I don't watch 'Family Feud' and probably still will not; don't really know Steve Harvey, but his father, Paul, was a legend in broadcasting!  Now you know... the rest of the story!

Paul Harvey was a white radio personality and Steve Harvey is a black stand up comedian and TV actor. Steve now does the Family Feud

Well, that dertainly sorts that out! I suppose if I have ever watched Family Feud I would have realized that the two Harveys were not related... but like I said, I don't think I ever watched it, regardless of who the host was.
